JSG Series- Submersible Grinder Pump
JSG Series is Submersible Grinder Pump has Vortex Semi-open Impeller for higher efficiency that prevents clogging by grinding the material into smaller pieces. The Radial Cutter and Cutter Ring SUS440C can resist corrosion. It is used Waste Water Treatment and Sewage Transfer. It has Submersible Squirrel-cage Induction Motor with F class insulation and with motor protection Class IP68. The rotor and shaft are made of High Tensile Stainless Steel 410/420. Cable entry is designed with Anti-wicking Block at motor entry. Single Phase motor has thermal protection and Three phase motors are fitted with Overload protector. Top and bottom bearing are high quality Deep-groove C3 Type ball bearing. It has oil seal to give extra protection from the leakages of oil chamber.
