Job Purpose:
Design robust firmware products as per specs and timeline, ensuring smooth release
with full documentation and validation support.
Educational Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation,
Telecommunication, or Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- New Product Development
- Analyze competitor products to devise superior design strategies
- Perform detailed requirement analysis and feasibility studies
- Create firmware and product architecture (SW, HW, FW)
- Prepare key tech docs: block diagram, signal flow, class diagram, DFMEA, and report.
- Develop GUI, communication protocols, and application modules
- Validate design through testing and generate detailed reports
- Coordinate with the testing team to review outcomes and implement design corrections
- Prepare release documentation and support materials (manuals, videos, etc.)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Schedule Performance Index (SPI)
- Number of bugs reported post-release
- Compliance with design and coding standards
- Timely and complete documentation
- Resolution time for customer complaints
