Hydro Pneumatic Systems (HPS)
Hydro Pneumatic Systems maintain constant pressure within the delivery pipeline using pumps, pressure tanks, and intelligent control systems without the need for elevated overhead storage tanks. The system automatically senses pressure drop and restarts the pumps as required, ensuring uninterrupted water supply and efficient pressure management.
Integrated pressure switches, accumulators, and intelligent controllers help reduce pump cycling, improve pump life, and minimize energy wastage. The system also provides automatic cut-off once the required pressure level is achieved.
Toshio Technology offers Hydro Pneumatic Systems (HPS) in two types : HRL Series – Multistage Vertical Pump Boosters and HQ Series – Multistage Horizontal Pump Boosters.
