In addition to our specialized wastewater and sewage pumps, we have developed the Noiseless Submersible Aerator, an essential component for efficient aeration in both Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). Our unique submersible design provides a distinct advantage by combining efficient oxygen and air transfer with a powerful mixing effect. This dual-action process ensures the effective reduction of BOD and COD values, significantly improves Dissolved Oxygen (DO) levels, and maintains stable MLSS values for optimal treatment results.

AR Series Submersible Aerators

The AR Series Submersible Aerator uses a direct-coupled impeller to create a centrifugal vacuum, drawing atmospheric air into the housing to mix with water. This mixture is discharged at high velocity, creating powerful convection and breaking air into millions of tiny bubbles.

Because these bubbles are numerous and rise slowly, they provide a significantly higher oxygen transfer rate per BHP than traditional systems. This makes the AR Series a more efficient, compact alternative to conventional blower-diffuser setups. For optimal long-term maintenance, we recommend installing the unit on a concrete base with stainless steel guide tubes.
